Prof. Mohd Ossama, noted management teacher, writer, business mentor and Ex TPO/HOD was awarded honorary professorship by IEMS for his long contribution to Management sciences & leadership in teaching profession.  Prof. Mohd Ossama has taught in many Lucknow based colleges & universities and written about 15 books.  He has worked for private business organizations as head trainer, senior advisor and mentor. He has delivered many keynote lectures at many prestigious institutions. 

Neo- Liberal Economic theory is badly busting, inequality and deprivation is rising. Massive wealth & income inequality is a consern. Deregulation, Privatisation and Market dominating policies are concerning the poor. State led development seems the best development model. Welfare state mechanisms are key to the goodness to the poor. Advance to the alternative is key. Cooperatives, state led, Public sector and subsidy driven development measures are key to all round development and progress. Strategic sectors should remain with public sector and heavy public sector participation in key to welfare services.  Alternative is key for all round development of all sections as massive corporate tax cuts and deregulation may not be the best way forward. State fed, state led and state met development are good for middle income & lower income nations. We should aspire for hundred percent human development and investment in human resource of the nation. - Prof. Mohd Ossama 

Marxism did triumph globally, it did spread globally, it did formed governments globally and it did controlled state businesses globally. Marx was a pole of liberal studies, an axis, an measure and mainly concrete analysis of historical developments. Marx then Leninism then Stalinism and then collapse of USSR, Marxism defined the welfare governments in the undivided Russia and still defines in some other parts.  Basic state capacity can be organised on peasantry, working class, toiling masses and party can build social contract with people of the state. Today Marxism is in the age of gig, platform and digital economy, needs more spread. Employer- Employee relations has changed, so has the need of left to organise labour to increase emancipation. Marxism of today is like old Marxism, but it is applicable almost everywhere as we live in the age of globalisation.  Marx is an engine of communism, soul of poor driven world order.  - Prof. Mohd Ossama
